1, 2006 – The Federal District Court Denies Relief to Bar Applicant–
Today, U.S. District Court
Magistrate William Scherrill recommended that Bar applicant Philip
Stoddard be denied the right to intervene in the Hason lawsuit.
Scherrill’s decision paves the way for Stoddard to file a new
and separate federal lawsuit against the Florida Board of Bar
Examiners. FloridaBarWatch
commends Stoddard for his continuing efforts to fight the widespread
dishonesty and corruption within the Florida Bar.
