September 8, 2006 – BREAKING NEWS - Highly respected Jacksonville attorney Jeffrey H. Northcutt has filed a federal lawsuit against the Florida Board of Bar Examiners on behalf of applicant Philip Stoddard.  FloridaBarWatch commends attorney Northcutt for his devotion to fighting injustice within Florida’s attorney licensing system.  Click here to see the federal lawsuit.  

September 1, 2006 – The Federal District Court Denies Relief to Bar ApplicantToday, U.S. District Court Magistrate William Scherrill recommended that Bar applicant Philip Stoddard be denied the right to intervene in the Hason lawsuit.  Scherrill’s decision paves the way for Stoddard to file a new and separate federal lawsuit against the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.  FloridaBarWatch commends Stoddard for his continuing efforts to fight the widespread dishonesty and corruption within the Florida Bar.  Click here to see the full set of litigation documents in the Hason case. 

August 30, 2006 – Cantero Wins The Charlatan Award Two Years In A Row   Florida Supreme Court Justice Raoul Cantero’s hard work in covering-up the John T. April 20, 2006 – The Florida Supreme Court, Again, Abandons The External Pretence of Honor – Why would the Florida Supreme Court allow William Hanlon to reapply for admission (after initially being denied by the FBBE), then hear oral argument after a second FBBE denial, take 18 additional months to issue a one-paragraph decision, and then deny Hanlon’s admission forever? Since the Florida Board of Bar Examiners investigates applicants' domestic relationships during its character and fitness process, why don't we get everything out on the table?

January 4, 2006 - Attorneys for FloridaBarWatch founder Frank Lawrence filed documents today in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, requesting that Judge Robert Hinkle authorize a remand from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. December 19, 2005 - The Florida Supreme Court entered a three sentence decision denying FloridaBarWatch Founder Frank Lawrence admission to The Florida Bar, and the Court refused to offer any comment on the troubling claims asserted in Lawrence's Petition for Review.
