October 18, 2007 - Florida Bar Watch Needs Your Help - We're looking for an applicant who has been denied admission to the Florida Bar by the Florida Supreme Court on First Amendment grounds, who is now eligible to reapply for admission, and who is willing to bring a Dubuc-style action against the FBBE.  Click Here to read the Sixth Circuit's opinion in Dubuc.  FloridaBarWatch may be willing to have one of its attorneys represent the applicant for free.

August 30, 2006 – Cantero Wins The Charlatan Award Two Years In A Row   Florida Supreme Court Justice Raoul Cantero’s hard work in covering-up the John T. Since the Florida Board of Bar Examiners investigates applicants' domestic relationships during its character and fitness process, why don't we get everything out on the table?
